i absolutely loved the idea of environmentally friendly towel policies, but they were ignored, resulting in waste. also, the buzzing noise from doors made sleep impossible! i woudl ve thought some kind gesture—perhaps a room change—would have been offered for all my troubles. oh, the spa is great, but really? no handle for a shower?

the best western i stayed at had a great location. it was super close to the city center, making it easy to explore. the staff were friendly and helpful, truly making my stay enjoyable. the breakfast was simple yet sufficient, a perfect way to kick off my day.

The room was spacious, and I loved the lovely view from the balcony! The shower was fabulous, and everything was clean and well kept. Perfect location near shopping and attractions, quite convenient for a city escape.

But darling, getting the shower water to the right temperature took ages—talk about a chilly welcome! Oh, and those beds? I felt like I was practicing my skiing each night!

The Deluxe King Room was spacious with a huge jacuzzi that made relaxing so easy. Loved the decorative touches—it gave a nice vibe. The view from the room over the train station was interesting, even if it wasn't amazing. Breakfast was decent too, I enjoyed the pancakes! the shower was a bit tricky to work, and the jacuzzi tap got in the way when using it with two people. Still, a comfy stay overall!

The helpfulness of the male staff at the reception made our check-in smooth and welcoming. The breakfast selection was delightful, with fresh pastries that started our mornings right. Our Standard Twin Room was comfortable and met all our expectations, providing a cozy space to relax. I particularly enjoyed the view of the surroundings from our window, which added charm to our stay.

The shower temperature was inconsistent, making it challenging to maintain comfort during our morning routines.

The jacuzzi was amazing, and the decor was unique. The view from our room was a pleasant surprise. I really enjoyed the large, comfy bed too.
